Energizing Your Intention

Have you been carrying around an idea or intention that you haven’t yet done anything about?   If so, that’s great.  This time of year is perfect for generating ideas and there is plenty of time for full-on action mode come springtime.  Now is a great time to generate ideas and take small steps to energize them so they become more real in your mind.

Replacing Stress with Ease

April and May were crazy busy months for me between work, family, vacation, volunteer responsibilities and birthday celebrations.  When I looked at my calendar in early April I became completely stressed out, and my long-standing worry about not having enough time to do it all came rising to the surface.
